We work closely with many of the artists featured in our gallery, who can be commissioned for original artwork based on your desired motif. This is an original, unique piece painted just for you.
Depending on where you plan to showcase your artwork, you may have specific requirements to protect your artwork. We boast a large selection of mouldings, mountboards, clear glass, non-reflective glass and perspex to suit your personal needs.
We help make the finished product one which will take pride of place in both your home and heart.
About Us
With over 40 years in business, there is a lot to say about us. With a passion for art from a young age, Eddie’s career couldn’t go anywhere else than into the art sector.
After many years of experience, working for different framing companies, Eddie helped more and more artists to frame their artwork. When he met his wife Lynette in 2007, she was the one to encourage Eddie to make his forever dream come true and start the venture of running his own framing business, Art ‘N’ Joy Framers and Gallery.
Over the years, Eddie established that there was no easy way to find new art in the area of Ayrshire. With his relationship to both artists and clients, this was the start of Arti Farti – Fine Art Gallery.
Since November 2016, the Arti Farti team is delighted to host original art and signed limited editions separately in an art gallery, while still being able to complement the artwork with its frame.
To quote Eddie’s old boss, which turned into Eddie’s mission, too:

Here at Arti Farti we specialise in sought-after, original and limited edition artwork. We have over 200 pieces of fine art on display in our showroom in Saltcoats, with many more to follow. All artwork on display in our gallery is artwork that we love. It’s important to us to support the talents who share our passion for art.
Our favourite pieces are where the viewer feels themselves in the scenery when looking at the image. You can smell how the scene smells. You have the freedom of diving into another world. Art is for us an escape from real world and that’s what you can see in each and every artwork that we exhibit in our gallery.

A personal note from Eddie
Support of Teams & Charities
With Eddie being an ex Highland games in Chieftain, in addition to his passion for art he is supporting community and charities wherever and whenever possible. One of the big events of 2015 were the Highland Games, which Eddie and the Arti Farti team proudly have been a part of.
Alongside sponsoring football and rugby teams, he is keen to support all sorts of committees and locals, for example sponsoring the Healthcare & Healthworkers Charity Night.
